Terms and conditions

- Children below 5 years complimentary
- Children from 7 to 12 without bed will have to pay 20 percent of double occupancy rate
- Not more than three adults adults with an extra bed and one infant per room is allowed.
- Above Tariff doesn't include gst
- Extra bed 40 %of room tariff
- Reservation can be done through Email and phone but confirmation will be given only after receiving 50 % of the total amount in advance
- 100 % of the payment to be cleared 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received within 30 days from the date of arrival will incur full retention. In case of cancellation received 30 days prior, we will refund the advance payment. Also, we are happy to offer one-time stay date amendments for cancellation within 30 days.
